“Constructora Navarro y Avilés” was constituted with 100% costarrican capital; and registered at the “Registro Publico de la Propiedad” in 1983. It is in 1985 when it’s two partners; engineers Edgar Navarro and Salvador Avilés, began providing technical and professional consultancy to well recognized companies.

As of this date, “Constructora Navarro y Avilés”, has been responsible for the construction of over 250.000 m², considering amongst others: Banks, clinics, hospitals, high end residences, warehouses, urbanizations, research centers, etc.
